Information about health conditions, medications, supplements and uploaded medical records is sensitive. Access should be limited to authorised staff and relevant healthcare professionals or service providers only when needed to coordinate the requested service.

Sharing

Information may be shared with relevant laboratories, healthcare professionals, hospitals/clinics, accommodation or transport providers only to the extent reasonably necessary for the services you request and subject to appropriate arrangements.

Retention & security

Records should be kept only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected and applicable legal/business requirements. Administrative access is password protected, and uploaded documents are blocked from direct public access.
